What it does
One list, checked against itself
Everything you take goes on one list: prescriptions, supplements, and the coffee or energy drink that counts as one of them. Each supplement, food and drink is checked against the rest of the list, and again whenever the list changes. Two medications are checked against each other only where one of our rules covers that pair. What we could not check is named: any other medication pair is for your pharmacist, and anything on the list our rules do not cover is marked Not rated.
A check before something new
Bought something new, or been handed a new prescription? Check it against the list you already have and see only what the new thing touches, along with the questions worth putting to a pharmacist.
A day built around what needs keeping apart
Some pairs compete for absorption and belong hours apart. Your day lays the list out in slots to keep those two apart, and says so when they are not.
What a pair check misses
Interactions are checked in pairs, but a daily upper limit needs a total. So the check also adds up 9 nutrients, among them zinc, iron, vitamin D and vitamin B6, across your list. It counts a product only when it knows the amounts, and compares each total with that nutrient's daily upper limit. The B6 in a multivitamin, a B-complex and an energy drink can pass the limit between them while each one alone stays under it.
What we don’t do
