1. Agreeing to These Terms

By accessing and using CanIStackThis ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Service.

2. What CanIStackThis Provides

CanIStackThis provides:

• One list of everything you take: prescriptions, supplements, and the food and drink that count. Each supplement, food and drink on it is checked against the rest of the list by interaction rules we write and maintain. Two medications are checked against each other only where one of our rules covers that pair; any other medication pair is for your pharmacist, and the list says so.
• A check of one thing before you take it, against the list you already have.
• My day: your list laid out in slots, so things that belong apart land apart.
• Public search pages about supplement combinations. Some of them show a score from 1 to 10, written by a language model and checked by our rules (section 4).
• Features that use AI, each named on the consent card on your Account page: reading a label from a photo you take, and re-checks of stacks saved on the old site.
• Educational information about supplements and medications.

3. Educational Information, Not Medical Advice

Important Disclaimer: The information provided on CanIStackThis is for educational and informational purposes only. We analyze data from scientific sources and cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of all information.

Users should always verify information independently and consult with healthcare professionals for supplement decisions. CanIStackThis should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

4. How the Analysis Is Produced

Your list check uses no AI. It runs on a set of interaction rules we write and maintain, on our own servers, and sends nothing to any AI service. Every finding and its severity word (Major, Moderate or OK) comes from a rule. The rules are finite: anything we hold no rule for is shown as Not rated, not as clear. Two medications are checked against each other only where one of our rules covers that pair; any other medication pair is for your pharmacist, and the list says so.

Some public search pages show a score from 1 to 10. That score comes from an analysis written by a language model (an outside AI provider's API) working from the names on the page and the curated data we hand it. Our rules then check that score and can only make it stricter. AI-written text can be incomplete, out of date, or simply wrong, including confidently wrong, and the rules cannot catch everything. Treat those pages as an estimate.

AI is used only where the consent card on your Account page says: reading a label from a photo you take, and re-checks of stacks saved on the old site. You can turn it off there. Your list check runs the same either way.

What that means for you: do not rely on anything here as the only basis for a decision about what you take, and never use it to start, stop, change or time a prescription medication. That is a conversation for your prescriber or pharmacist.

Where anything here conflicts with what your doctor, your pharmacist or a product label tells you, follow them, not us. If you spot something wrong, tell us (section 11). We would rather hear it.

5. Who Can Use the Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use CanIStackThis or to create an account. If you are between 13 and 17, you may only use it with the permission and involvement of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13; if we learn that we have, we delete it.

Parts of the service are not appropriate for a minor on their own. The DNA report in particular requires the account holder's own informed consent.

6. Your Responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Use the service for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to harm or disrupt the service
• Not share false or misleading information
• Respect the privacy and rights of others
• Report inaccurate supplement information when discovered

7. What's Not Allowed

Please don't:

• Use automated tools to scrape or download data
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the platform
• Use the service to harass or defame individuals
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate others or provide false information

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality belong to CanIStackThis and are protected by copyright, trademark and trade secret law. Please don't copy or resell them.

9. Limits on Our Liability

Plainly: CanIStackThis is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (things like lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or other intangible losses).

Our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us, if anything, for accessing the service during the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Purchases, Refunds & Cancellations

DNA Report ($29 one-time): The DNA Report comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, email hello@canistackthis.com within 14 days of purchase. No forms or return process required. Limit one refund per customer.

Annual subscription ($59/year): Annual Premium subscriptions come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, email hello@canistackthis.com within 30 days of purchase. No forms or return process required. Limit one refund per customer.

Subscriptions: Premium subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancelling stops future billing, and access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Where you cancel, and what deleting your account does, depends on where you bought the subscription.

Bought on the website: cancel it from your account. Deleting your account is different: it cancels a subscription bought on the website immediately, so you give up the remainder of the period you paid for. If you want to keep that time, cancel first and delete later; if you are inside one of the money-back windows above, email us before deleting, because we cannot look up an account that no longer exists.

Bought in the iPhone app: a subscription bought in the iPhone app is sold and billed by Apple, through the App Store. You manage and cancel it in your iPhone's Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting your account does not cancel it. If you delete your account, cancel the subscription in Settings too, or Apple will keep renewing it.

11. Data Corrections

If you believe information about a supplement is inaccurate, please contact us with supporting documentation. We'll review it and update the information as appropriate. Accuracy corrections are a priority for us.

12. Service Availability

We work to keep the Service available, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, including if you breach these Terms. Where practical, we'll tell you why, but we keep the right to act immediately when needed, for example to protect the Service or other users.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

Talk to us first. If you have a problem, email hello@canistackthis.com with what happened and what you would like us to do. Most things are fixable that way, and we ask that you give us 30 days to try before starting a formal proceeding. We will do the same before bringing one against you.

Governing law. These Terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of the Service, are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Venue. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida, and you and we each consent to personal jurisdiction there. Either of us may still bring an individual claim in small-claims court where it qualifies.

Your consumer rights. If the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be waived by contract, nothing here takes them away, and nothing here stops you complaining to a regulator.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We'll notify users of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page.
