SuppCo vs CanIStackThis

Short version: they answer different questions, and plenty of people could sensibly use both. SuppCo (now part of Function Health) rates supplement brands — quality, testing, value. CanIStackThis checks your combination — whether the things you take are safe together, including with your medications. If your question is "can I take this with my meds?", that's us; SuppCo doesn't currently offer interaction checking at all.

When SuppCo is the better tool: you're deciding which brand of a supplement to buy and want quality ratings and third-party testing information. That's genuinely their specialty and we don't compete with it.

When CanIStackThis is the better tool: you already take things — supplements, nootropics, peptides, prescriptions — and want to know whether the combination is safe, what to space apart, where you're doubling up past upper limits, and when to take each. Our safety scoring is deterministic and publicly documented, and we never sell products, run ads, or take affiliate commissions.

Factual comparison based on both products' public materials as of August 2026; SuppCo is a trademark of its owner, which is not affiliated with CanIStackThis. Spot an inaccuracy? Tell us and we'll fix it. Educational information only — not medical advice.
